(Day 1-10)

Day 11-20

Day Eleven:

Title: Six Letter Word
Rating: PG
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Clark/Chloe
Word Count: 200
Prompt: Change (jessicabeth)

Change; a six letter word that scared Chloe almost more than if she had to live the rest of her life without basking in the warmth of another cup of coffee. Clark tossed another bale of hay on the growing pile in front of her, her stomach fluttering as she thought back to their earlier conversation.

“Chloe…things need to change…you’re my best friend and…I’m in love with you.”

“Clark…”

“No, I’m not gonna let you push me away this time. I’ll wait for as long as you need me to, but know this…I love you and I’m not going anywhere.”

Ever since he’d made his heartfelt confession she’d been fighting with her head and heart, knowing she should listen to her heart, but afraid to hope that this thing between them could last. She took a deep breath.

“Clark.”

He stopped turning to face her. She hesitated for briefly, her soft voice floating through the quiet barn.

“I love you too…”

His face light up with a smile and before she blinked he was pulling her into his arms. Chloe grinned holding onto him. Change was scary, but she was pretty sure this time it would be worth the fear.

Day Twelve:

Title: Without A Cost
Rating: PG
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Oliver/Chloe (angst)
Word Count: 200
Prompt: on bended knee (lilmoochie)

The Watchtower was dark as Oliver slowly walked toward the stained glass window. His Green Arrow uniform torn and bloody cuts and scrapes littering his face. He favored his right side, hand pressed against a deep gash.

It didn’t matter…nothing did. The world would live to see another day. The fight had been bad and they’d almost failed, but at the last minute Chloe gave them the distraction they’d needed to end it, but not without a cost.

Oliver’s chest constricted as he glanced around their second home eyes burning. He’d always considered himself a strong person, but this was one thing even he couldn’t survive.

Clark and Bart were the first ones to find him followed by Victor and A.C. They watched as he stood silent and still and in the blink of an eye his body was in motion. A loud yell of anguish ripped through him as he tossed his bow at the window.

The crash of glass sounded, shattering, shards flying in all directions as Oliver collapsed on bended knees, tears streaming down his face as he struggled to breath, shaky words leaving his mouth causing him physical pain.

“I can’t do this without you Chloe…”

Day Thirteen:

Title: Snow Day
Rating: PG
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Clark/Chloe
Word Count: 200
Prompt: snowball (selene2)

Chloe snuggled into the couch, feet curled under her, warm mug of cocoa clasped in her hands. The taste of dark chocolate and cinnamon invading her mouth. Chloe loved Clark’s secret recipe, it tasted like Christmas. The couch shifted, her eyes opening, spotting Clark, bowl of popcorn in his hand.

“So what are we watching?”

Chloe grinned and Clark groaned.

“You can’t be serious…The Princess Bride again?”

“I promise to watch whichever movie you want next. No complaining. Scouts honor.”

Clark scowled at her a bark coming from outside. He moved to get up, Chloe stopping him.

“I’ll get him.”

She walked to the kitchen opening the back door. Shelby ran inside shaking his snow covered fur. Chloe glanced at Clark a mischievous smile sliding onto her face. Reaching outside she rolled a snowball, turned, and tossed it at Clark.

It sailed through the air Clark turning just in time for it to smack him in the face. It took him a minute to process the situation, as Chloe’s laughter filled his ears. A gust of wind blew by her. She turned, Clark standing snowball in hand.

“This means war…”

Her eyes widened. Maybe she hadn’t completely thought this through…

Day Fourteen:

Title: Complex Individuals
Rating: PG
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Oliver/Chloe
Word Count: 200
Prompt: eyes that betray the truth (smallvillefics)

Oliver Queen is one of the most complex individuals I’ve ever met. Just when I think I’ve figured him out he does something that shocks me, and trust me it takes a lot to keep me on my toes. At first it was just a few late night dinners as friends.

Meals filled with laughter, flirting, and coy looks. The first time he kissed me was after I finished patching him up. It caught me off guard and it’s the first time I’ve ever been flustered around him. He just shook his head smirking.

The first time we slept together, we both agreed it was strictly friends with benefits. Neither of us had time for a significant other. Our lives were too hectic, but somewhere down the line that changed. He hasn’t come out and said it, but there are subtle differences I’ve picked up on.

Like the way he puts coffee on before leaving in the morning on the nights he stays, or the way his hand unconsciously finds mind during meetings, but mostly it’s his eyes that betray the truth, in them I see love, which is a good considering he probably see’s the same thing in mine.

Day Fifteen

Title: My Favorite Pair
Rating: R
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Oliver/Chloe
Word Count: 230
Prompt: missing underware

Chloe squirmed as she stood in front of the command center pointing toward the image of a floor plan on the screen; the fabric of her skirt rubbing against her bare skin. The team was standing in front of her as she briefed them on the mission that Bart and A.C. had just called in reinforcements for.

She and Oliver had been at his place when the call came in. Oliver had sighed, but they got their stuff together quickly, except for one thing, her panties, which she couldn’t seem to find anywhere, and so here she was standing in a green silk shirt, and skirt sans panties.

She glanced at the guys all geared up and nodded.

“Alright, go get ‘em.”

They grinned as she remined them to use their coms and stay in touch with her. As Oliver passed by her heading, grin firmly planted on his face, Chloe raised an eyebrow at him. He moved his hand and a flash of black lace appeared.

Her mouth opened, heartbeat speeding up as the mechanical voice of the Green Arrow whispered in her ear.

“These are my favorite pair…”

He slapped her ass lightly and she yelped as he jogged toward the door grinning over his shoulder.

“Stay warm until I get back.”

She shook her head and chuckled. Sometimes Oliver was horrible…but she loved every second of it.

Day Sixteen:

Title: Don’t You Dare
Rating: PG
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Clark/Chloe
Word Count: 200
Prompt: snow day (flareonfury)

Chloe ducked the first snowball that was tossed her way, but the second hit her in the ass making her yelp. She glared at the smirk on Clark’s face as he rolled another pile of snow between his hands.

“Don’t you dare throw that at me.”

“And if I do?”

He raised an eyebrow as he took a step closer to her, Chloe backing away.

“I only threw one at you…and it doesn’t even really count because you’re all impervious to the cold. So technically you can’t get mad.”

He watched her back up until she was standing on the other side of the couch pouting. He missed this, hanging out with Chloe watching movies. It was something they hadn’t had time for in a while.

“Truce?”

A glint of mischief lit up his eyes.

“Not a chance.”

She felt a breeze before being lifted by a pair of strong arms and super sped outside. For fifteen minutes they lobbed chunks of snow at each other until the cold finally caught up with her. They made their way inside laughing as Clark rubbed her arms. Warmth settling over her as their eyes met and she grinned.

“I love snow days.”

Day Seventeen:

Title: Any Other Reason
Rating: NC-17
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Oliver/Chloe
Word Count: 200
Prompt: Against the Wall

Oliver rolled his eyes and pushed Chloe until she hit the wall with an ‘oomph’ she glared at him and opened her mouth and his lips came crashing down on hers. His hand slid down her leg, pushing her skirt up and over her ass.

Oliver’s large hands gripped her backside and hoisted her up so she was lodged between his body and the wall. Her legs wrapping around him, small hands working the fly of his pants. His hand slipped past her panties, her body engulfing two long fingers.

“Oh god Ollie…”

He grunted fingers moving at a quick pace as her hand reached inside his boxers. He shifted positioning himself at her entrance. Oliver held onto her ass slamming his body forward inside her.

A flick of her clit and she was coming, head banging against the wall as she cried out, Oliver following her over the edge. They were still as they caught their breath, sweat slicked bodies pressed together.

“What was that?”

He shrugged smirking, a grin forming on his face.

“You wouldn’t shut the hell up.”

Day Eighteen

Title: I’ve Got You
Rating: PG-13
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Clark/Lois (Angst)
Word Count: 200
Prompt: make the world go away (deansmistress22)

Lois stood beside the ambulance as they took away the last body. Tension filled her. She tried to figure out how everything went so wrong. She’d been working on the story for almost a week.

Some sick freak killing children in the local Metropolis area. When she finally figured out how to track the guy, in true Lois fashion she went after him. It wasn’t until she got there that she’d realized it was too late.

His last victim, Joey was only eight years old. His parents stood less than fifteen feet from her, mother crying, his father trying to be strong.

Lois’s breath hitch, body stumbling back, the events of the day finally hitting her as strong arms came around her waist steadying her. She turned, Clark looking down on her, tears pooling in her eyes.

He was always there for her. She wanted him to make the world go away, make the pain stop.

“It’s not your fault.”

She didn’t respond. Clark reached over pulling her into his arms. He heard a sniffle, a lone tear sliding down her cheek.

“Still…”

“I’ve got you…it’ll be okay.”

And as long as she had Clark she knew it would be.

Day Nineteen:

Title: Coming Home
Rating: PG
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Clark/Chloe
Word Count: 200
Prompt: family (flareonfury)

Chloe milled about pulling out pots and pans. She moved around his kitchen as if she’d done it a hundred times before and the truth was she probably had. After Jimmy died and he left, according to Oliver, she’d broken down.

When he finally made his way back, practically begging her forgiveness it had taken her 13 days to even look at him, two weeks before she spoke to him and six months before she even considered forgiving him.

He hadn’t realized how much he missed her, how much a part of his life she was until she was no longer in it. He’d known Chloe since he was 13 and Clark just always assumed she’d be there. Had he known then what he knew know, things would probably be different.

He was brought from his thoughts by the clinging of pots. He watched her put dinner on the stove and turn to grab something from the fridge when she noticed him.

“What?”

“Nothing, just…this is nice.”

Chloe smiled and nodded.

“Yeah, it is.”

She turned back toward the kitchen as he watched her, warmth in his heart. Chloe was his family…familiar... Coming back to her was like coming home…

Day Twenty:

Title: Believe That
Rating: PG-13
Author: Sxymami0909
Fandom: Smallville
Pairing: Clark/Lois
Word Count: 200
Prompt: she believes in me (deansmistress22)

He’d always been meticulous speeding through Metropolis answering calls for help. He’d never missed a beat…until today. Clark heard a cry for help, voice fading out even as she screamed.

Sounds blurred together as he searched for one unique voice. When he finally found it not even his super speed had been enough. Clark knelt on the pavement as he glanced over her body.

A stab wound, most likely a mugging. Something so trivial and he’d missed it costing this woman her life. Later that night he’d found himself at a familiar phone booth. The realization that he needed to hear her voice startling him.

He picked up the phone dialing the familiar number. It was easier talking to her this way. He explained what happened and for a while she was silent.

“You’re only one person, hero or not. You can’t be everywhere at once. You’re a light in the darkness, a symbol for us to believe in when all other hope is lost. Believe that, because I do.”

Clark smiled. Lois’s words didn’t bring back the woman he failed to save, but she believed in him and for now that was enough to get him through the night.
